Reviews and Ratings <br />
While my stay had some positive points, there were significant issues that made it less than ideal. The surrounding area was picturesque and offered lovely views, and I appreciated the effort of the staff members I encountered. However, the lack of maintenance in the facilities and the disappointing dining options left much to be desired.
I had a mixed experience at this resort. While the cabin I stayed in was nice and clean, the service left much to be desired, especially regarding our booking issues. The location is great for outdoor activities, which I appreciated, but the amenities, particularly the game room and fitness center, were in really poor condition. Overall, there were some highs, but several lows that made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.
Nantahala Village offers a tranquil and picturesque mountain retreat with a focus on hospitality. While some guests rave about the stunning surroundings and the wonderful chef, others have faced issues with the upkeep and availability of amenities. The accommodations can be a mixed bag in terms of comfort and cleanliness, and while the service received high marks from many, it fell short for others. Overall, it's a place that shines in its scenic beauty but struggles with consistency in maintenance.
Our stay at this resort was a mix of beautiful surroundings marred by several maintenance and service issues. While we appreciated the proximity to outdoor activities and enjoyed some beautiful views, the state of our accommodations and the lack of available facilities was disappointing. The breakfast options were underwhelming and didn't meet expectations, leaving us with a feeling that we could have found a better value elsewhere.
We had a really enjoyable stay at the lodge. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made our time there feel really relaxing. The surroundings were undeniably beautiful, adding to the overall experience. However, the dining options were quite limited due to current restrictions, and we found the breakfast to be a bit underwhelming. But, the location near various outdoor activities was a major plus, making it a worthwhile trip overall.
